Olivia Chrisman

Networking Officer

Olivia Chrisman is the Networking Officer for the AS Community Financial Fund. She is a third-year Applied Mathematics major, pursuing a Comparative Literature minor.

Olivia is excited to host events for CFF this year and especially focused on helping Freshmen make the difficult financial transition from high school to college. She is particularly interested in analyzing how legal decisions influence financial wellbeing and change the status of government regulation pertaining to personal finances. Her financial goal this year is to become more active in personal financial investments (and to eat out less often).

Outside of CFF, Olivia is working to launch a political philosophy reading group under the graduate philosophy department. She is also a member of the interdisciplinary ancient philosophy reading group, working to become fluent in Ancient Greek and hoping to be able to translate ancient texts by graduation.

Outside of academics, her hobby this year is learning guitar.
